Established in 1997, Yubao Diamond Tools develops diamond and CBN grinding wheels to handle some of the toughest grinding, cutting, and drilling jobs in the world. Our tools can wet and dry grind many different materials, including glass, metals, stone, polycrystalline silicon, and many more for manufacturers across the board. They are particularly suited for applications with high precision requirements, such as the processing of aviation components, automobile parts, electronics, jewelry, and furniture.
Yubao has significant experience in superabrasive grinding wheel production and over the years we have developed thousands of high-quality grinding tools of various types. Our products are all designed to enhance operating precision and durability while simultaneously minimizing the cost of grinding. Some of our main products include electroplated grinding wheels, metal bond grinding wheels, resin bond grinding wheels, and vitrified grinding wheels. We can customize the grinding wheels according to customer requirements regarding material, size, and structure.
Yubao developed a proprietary abrasive compound in an effort to maintain greater control over the quality of its products. We use highly efficient and precise CNC band saws to cut the raw materials and then the hole of the grinding tools is made through drilling, boring, and reaming with a CNC lathe. In order to diversify our product selection and meet the various demands of customers in different industries, Yubao employs many pieces of machining equipment in the processing of our grinding wheel products.
Our staff is highly experienced in the development and production of grinding wheels. As the pictures show, they are using a sand blasting machine to complete the surface treatment on the core of the grinding wheel.
In order to guarantee finished grinding wheels meet all of the requirements of customers, Yubao performs surface grinding on the grinding wheels with different grinding machines to ensure high quality surface and high accuracy of shape and dimension.
Yubao inspectors will carry out balance testing on our products and measure each of them with a micrometer to ensure the quality of each grinding wheel. The measurements of qualified products will be marked with Yubao’s trademark and the specification, and then will be shipped.
